I intend to send my child to Toa Payoh branch but realised that there are 2 centre in Toa Payoh (Toa Payoh CC & Blk 83 Toa Payoh Lor 2). Can anyone advise which branch provide better service & environment?

Anyone has comments on the branch at blk 428? I’ve been there to take a look, the lady is charge is the franchise owner. She seems very real and not commercial (if you get what I mean), and the few kids there were very well-behaved. My DD commented that the lady is very loud.

The format is the same for the other student care that I’ve checked. Its either little professors or pro-teach but I cant seen to be able to decide??? Sigh.
