I just get the Sec school science books to teach my kid to go through all the topics. And revise their primary school syllabus. I also try to teach my kid algebra to help the math calculations.

My Son science teacher told his class that he got overall 2nd but no official letter yet so don’t know what happens next......

Any tips on the 2nd round practical test?

No of qualifiers for 2nd round is less than number of gold and silver awards(based on previous years numbers). Does it mean if can get into 2nd round, more or less guaranteed a silver at least?
On the other hand, anyone has any idea why number of participants for science olympaid first round is limited, but not for math Olympiad. Compared to maths, there seems to be very much less interest in science Olympiad.
