Does anyone’s kid here tried DSA-ing using Science? Normally what is the requirement from the sec sch to be shortlisted under this category?

You need to specify which school, bec your qn is too general.
Eg.
If u apply DSA (Science) into RI, then the requirements (demand) are high

Hi all,

does anyone intends to apply String Ensemble (violin) to Nanyang Girls’ High School?
I searched in this whole website, didn’t get any pieces of information about who was applied or get offers from NYGH via Violin DSA in the past, will this be extreme hard to get an CO from this school?
My girl is attending an international school and going to apply DSA as a “non-mainstream student “. she passed ABRSM violin Grade 8 with distinction and ARSM Diploma with pass, passed Music theory Grade 5 with distinction, also won some gold and silver prizes during last 2 years. I have no confidence whether she is competitive enough to get an offer.

. Is there a cut off points for DSA? I googled and some schools are silent on the this while some say so long as you make it for express cut off (ie posting group 3 I think or AL22?)


For this qns, It will be AL22 if you have been awarded the Confirm offered.

Being said that, Top IP school will look at your P5 results to determine if they will offer you the CO.
