The most cruel should their last owners, who purposely abandon them at the religious building when they grow too big/old and are no longer cute.

But the 3 dogs there are all senior dogs, not cute one. -

Do the helpers there feed the 3 dogs everyday & let them drink water, or only sometimes ? What kind of food do they feed them with ?

Taiwanese primary school interesting : they allow dog to be inside a classroom, together with the students
(as seen from the picture)
our Singapore primary schools do not allow pets, to enter classroom.
think China allow pony enter inside classroom (rural areas)
