Some trails of slight cough & phlegm. Not terribly unbearable.

Just tried to bake a cake using fresh strawberries..not bad. Strawberries turn bad rather fast.. so good alternative to use the leftover.
Will there be too much sugar intake?

I put one third of the sugar in recipe but I used almost 1 block of butter today instead the usual olive oil substitute...and cake turned out to be very fluffy..

I usually do gelatin to kerp fruits looking fresh & appetizing/appealing.
No gelatin used..make the strawberry reduction they called it.. like make into paste then add into cake batter. Dds don't like frosting though I like the 1 recipe I m keeping..so just cake only..also added a little red coloring so as to avoid a sad gray color wor.

Congratulations! I heard that the PCR tests will test positive for 3 months even though ART tests says ok. So you may have to postpone any trips out of the country for now.

I think for many countries , if you have a recovery memo, you can be exempt from testing for 7-90 days.
So do make sure to register on MOH website and after day 7 one can request for the recovery memo.

Glad to hear you are -ve!

The one warning I have received from friends is not to ignore the cough, so do take care.
