Many of us only have little pockets of time.. Including those with full time jobs and without maids..

nope, i just write whatever i buy/spend in a exercisebook.Not even in excel spreadsheet.Last month only started.
I just write what i achieved today(chore,exercise,healthy food), and how i can improve in an exercisebook.Its makes me to do more.
