Tried nitrogen ice cream at OneKM mall just now. Not bad, portion quite decent, and almost like watching the same experiment 3 times while they make the ice cream for us. Quite interesting for the kids.

FLD, any different or special in taste?
But i hardly go oneKM mall ...any idea other places in town ?

Not as sweet, can taste fresh fruits inside. More creamy and natural to me. The one we tried is call 320below. Another outlet at Tampines 1, B1-32, nearer to u?

Googled and found another one at raffles place.
      http://danielfooddiary.com/2014/09/28/icequeen/
It's not \"nitrogen\" ice-cream. It's \"liquid nitrogen\" ice-cream.

I tried liquid nitrogen ice-cream in Bangkok 4 years ago at Siam Paragon Food Hall. Took a bite from my colleague's scoop and didn't like the taste.

Have you guys heard of the 1988 movie \"Men Behind the Sun: Unit 731\" or watched the History Channel documentary on Unit 731 biological warfare, notably the liquid nitrogen experiments carried out on POWs during Jap occup of Manchuria ?

          JS,

Thanks for the science lesson! A bit concerned now after your sharing, don't think I dare to try it again. šŸ˜†

The problem with me is, I love to eat and try new food!
