Same, I get stuff for dds & I as and when I see something I like. My dh has always wanted me to change my hp but to me why change when still can be used. So I guess he should be quite disappointed coz he has been asking for few years. Every year I say next year. I just dropped my hp while walking home just now..looks ok hope it is really ok.
Aiyo. If your DH is sponsoring the phone, just take it lor. I wished someone would buy me a new phone

Think guys appreciate hp more. My this old hp value for money. Just need it for basic functions, weight and screen size just nice for me. Maybe slower only.

I don't like changing phones (or PCs). Although it's much easier these days to move data etc, it's still a pain to have to reload apps etc. I resist changing phones (and PCs) as long as I can, but my husband will insist after about 4-5 years. He's the \"emergency service\" person, so he prefers if we don't have very old phones. If only they would continue to work well longer!

My feet seems problematic. I just bought another pair of shoes A before opening a new pair of shoes B to try on yesterday. I felt some pain at heel after walking with B. Now I need to get another pair shoes same as A but a size bigger and different color to try.

I m trying to get a pair of shoes that is comfy enough after wearing thicker socks and can manage my heel pain. I been walking at least 4km perday not that much compared to those targeting 10/15k per day. Scary to think of the pain I had past 2 years after walking

Bigger sized shoes may not be better and you may get more blisters from the constant rubbing. 4km per day is much better than 2km per week 😂

What kind of shoes are they? Running or dress shoes?

Those sneakers/running shoes. I have paid much attention on the sole. Still need get few pairs for trials and errors.

Seems only i have the heal problem arh…heel issues only happened to smalller group of people? I take quite good care of my feet…stopped wearing high heels as early as possible, soft sole etc but still get it. Thought I m almost ‘cured’ through fasting till I changed the shoes last evening…extra pain at night and whenever I get up today. Later I will walk again…use my previous pairs of shoes see if it gets worse.

Do you still do the exercises? That really helps me - just a little stretching every morning. I have been using sneakers and sandals from Bata's Comfit range and all is well.

Didnt do it consistently coz thought it was almost healed. Btw, I read that another youtuber ‘doctor’ says we shouldn’t stretch our feet the opposite way ie pulling the tip of our feet towards our face. So only when I feel the pain when sitting down then I stretch for a little.
