Think Janet usually sit at the working desk.

      Naahh.. šŸ˜‰

If she has time to sit/chillax..
She would be on her bed; surfing on her iPad. :preen:[/quote]
Buds, give me cakes..I won. Janet use her desk

We want a spacious living area.

I sit at my working table with PC...without the sofa, living area will be spacious and easy to maintain. Worse case, get a few big cushions. But first, get hubby to agree to help me dispose it first.

I woud be quite happy without a sofa, but my husband doesn't like sitting on the floor. Also, he pointed out that some friends and elderly relatives would find it difficult if we ask them to sit on the floor.

We cannot do away with sofa as it serves as day bed too. We did away with coffee table when we moved in here. I used to work at the coffee table with the Tv switched on.

We have a rug which I roll out during CNY only due to ah boy likes to lie down on the rug, bad for his nose.

The boys have given up their bed side tables which I paid close to $600 to $700 each then from Scanteak, so I put them at the two ends of the sofa.

when we first moved in, there was a sofa, carpet and table...but i've since gotten rid of the carpet as my nose is sensitive...glass coffee table broke. now left with sofa. i'm either sitting at my desk in front of the PC or on the bed with the ipad.
