Cooking Course for maid

Hi,
My maid (with us for the past 12year) loves to make kueh kueh and cooks for us everyday.. while her cooking skills are fine (trained by my late MIL), the dishes are limited and almost quite similar throughout the week
especially now when both my Ds are in CC during the day, she has quite a fair bit of time after doing the housechores.
Wanted to send her to some cooking courses to upgrade herself.
Anyone can advise any CC got cooking course for maid?
