I am taking half day. The school did not mention the time. Hope it won't be before 12pm.

        Can't wait for Thurs.
Was informed by the FT to be there at 1130am.

Was told Dec 20. Unless I heard wrongly.
Was buying uniforms for my younger one at United Uniforms and staff told a parent that she can buy for her son going to sec 1 on Dec 20.
When kids report to sec school, they will be given book list.

Seems like I must take full day off. Can't wait for Thurs, submit new school Thurs nite or Fri morn and then off to holiday on Fri, wheeeee................... :imcool:

It is very little time to buy uniforms, isn't iy if they only report to the new school on 20th.

Yes, the time to buy uniforms and books is very short...which is Dec 20.
Will need to ask hubby to take 2 days leave.

Friend told me she ordered first and collected when school reopened...remember to bring kids along when you buy uniforms.

So, Dec 20th, wear whatever to the school. Order uniform and pick up on Dec 30th. How to pick up when school reopens - what did the kid wear to school on Day 1 ?

I don't know what to wear on the day of reporting to new sec school...but uniforms definitely avail. So just buy 2 sets first on the day you buy books and uniform. Not enough, when school reopens, get some more.
