Would an iPad2 purchased from the US be compatible for use in Singapore? Should we only get the wifi version vs the 3G version bec the latter is telco specific?

Are you using USB to charge?
When display is on, the power is not sufficient to charge, so it shows \"Not charging\". But when display if OFF, it will charge. However, you can't tell bcoz display is OFF. -
I got my ipad finally! Any apps to recommend? Esp for young kids, more on education apps?
