Anyway, he can stick to his own views.[/quote]seen his article on TODAY on if HDB is affordable? i still don't accept what he says. 30 years is way too long to be considered affordable. why he did not look at in the past, u can stay employed at a company for longer periods than u can be now. and i believe in the past, there is much more job security! 30 years, if lose your job, see how u service your loan!

Is the property going downhill? Thought of getting a condo but not sure how long should we wait…

Think it may go down a bit more. But there are some rumors that some of the cooling measures will be tweaked by the end of the years.
Do you have a particular location, development etc in mind? If so, avaliability will also be a factor. Even if it goes down later, you may not have anyone selling the one that you are aiming for. -
