It takes at least 4 mths to get a tenant, even for 1 bedder. Price has dropped from $3k+ to a low $2k now. Bigger units will have much harder time to find tenants. -

Wow! It's a steal! Very cheap for that kind of size & district 10 u r talking abt. No wonder the new citizens grabbed:) But it's intermediate, maybe that's why.
But does it hv some \"problems\"? Better go Land Office to check.
Corner Intermediate in non-prime locations w/o popular sch and fewer bedrooms and no pool for the same size already going for at least $5-6mil. -

ABSD for property SPV is 15%. The discount will have to be meaningful in order to use an SPV. -
I have never bought property directly from developer. Can we negotiate the price?
