      Near to some minister house I heard

                Corner Intermediate in non-prime locations w/o popular sch and fewer bedrooms and no pool for the same size already going for at least $5-6mil.

                      ABSD for property SPV is 15%. The discount will have to be meaningful in order to use an SPV.
