      I think it also depend in who is the developer. I heard that you can forget about nego if it is those big name one like CDL, capitaland, Keppel land, UOL etc


      If it is those smaller one, there might still be a chance.

        Got a few mailers fr malls last wk end. Those interested can start
        Hunting . The prices look attractive eg like EC PRICE , but pte
        Now, the big developer may be giving disc, need to move take up rate

          Agents said all developers willing to give discount. Bigger ones less desperate though.

          Actually they have been giving discount by way of rebate vouchers, so their caveat price remained artificially high. That’s what I heard from 2 agents la. Don’t ask me for proof lol

          Mentioned on page 20 of this thread that there should be more transparency from July onwards

            Some developers will market it at overseas. I heard one…was marketed overseas first then sold it locally at more than 30% (easily) premium…I guess it was when the local mkt starts going uptrend…so when the price started falling, you won’t be surprised that some units can be let go at much lower prices than most of us could believe.

                I m sorry that I don't know about it..but you can try the propertyguru website to check for the listings and the squarefoot.com.sg to check the actual teansacted prices.. U can go to URA website too. Hope it helps you to get started.

                        I was going to mention FE too. They held on to many showrooms (not nec unwanted leftovers) of good stacks and facing to wait for the upturn. Sometimes, they closed for as long as 3-4 yrs. They have holding power, so they won't lower their selling prices and lelong to anyone. I had viewed a few \"leftovers\" some yrs ago, but they just won't lelong to me.
