If it is those smaller one, there might still be a chance.

I was going to mention FE too. They held on to many showrooms (not nec unwanted leftovers) of good stacks and facing to wait for the upturn. Sometimes, they closed for as long as 3-4 yrs. They have holding power, so they won't lower their selling prices and lelong to anyone. I had viewed a few \"leftovers\" some yrs ago, but they just won't lelong to me.

Back to reality, we were looking at D10 and asking price was 710sqft calling for $1.6m for 2 bedders. In our top 5 list, as this property is abt 8-10 mins maiden walk to MRT and sitting on freehold title. -
