You must know the plumbing system for this to save cost paid to pool / pond designers
Home lift for 4 pax is about 50k to 60k ... Schindler lift is about $65k -
I don’t need pool or pond. High maintenance.
Need lift.
For about $3-3.5mio, which is a better buy? Both brand new. -

Timber must use Burmese teak, minimum 95mm wide and one to two meter long -
999/freehold. District 15 and 19 also have. Land price for bigger plots now sub $1k psf liao. Some will be able to buy at this price, some are priced higher but negotiable.
Prices more realistic now.
