A good fall back plan. Come to think of it, there is this Novena Medical centre if I m not wrong...doctors with own practice are usually quite loaded. I think they will probably buy it instead of renting it hor..

I did some calculations and realized that I'm making more than what her business is making so hubby decided come on.. Dun waste time la.. Aiyo.. All the overhead will drain my pocket.. Many years back I read about the news of this shop owner at somewhere near Chinatown decided to terminate his think clothes selling business and preferred to rent out the ground floor shop coz of the high rental the shop can fetch.

the one I mentioned around Central also...heard of splitting the units or co sharing the unit among tenants...rental expensive tenants can't survive long.
