Any idea starting from beginner’s level, normally how long it takes for a child to learn multiplication?

Is 6 months considered good?

Does the referral need to be from the same branch ? Can someone please send me a referral to get a disc as I intend to sign up my gal in jurong safra branch ? Thanks.
