I think you may be too late.

I read somewhere you need to be a SHHK member for at least a year before they will consider whether to put in a recommendation for you. If I remember correctly, your child was born in 2005, right? So, even if you get the membership now, you may still not qualify for P2B next year.

Instead of panicking, why not you spend your time and energy devising a backup plan for your child?
