I have nieces and nephew also takeing the study loan. They also work part time or give tuition while studying U. As such, DD is aware that she may has to apply study loan when she is going U.

Yes, time files and our children are already in Sec 2 now! The 1st year DD is doing ok in CGS and they are going oversea for their CIP program next month.

I would think her Sec 1/2 is still ok except the CCA, dance and the PE lesson (FITT run etc) seems are much more than in primary school and at time she is quite exhausted after all these activities.

However, she is wanted to join other activities so I just support her by supplying the Essence of Chicken if she needs it.

Sorry for the late reply.

It does takes a few months to adjust after being SAHM for 3 years +++. There are new things to learn but everything is ok now and I'm glad that I can go off most of the days between 6.15pm to 6.30pm (the official hour is 6pm). :boogie:

The disc contains exactly the same contents as the textbooks. However, DD said that it is better to bring both the textbooks and the slate PC as the teacher sometime might choose to use the textbook instead of the PC if the teachers find the girls get distracted by the PC.

However, to save the trouble, you can either choose to leave the textbooks in your locker or under/in your table.

Hi, for Science and Georgrapy, the teacher has selected certain topics from both Sec 1 and Sec 2 Text Book during the Sec 1.

Therefore, the girls also have to work on both Sec 1 & Sec 2 Workbook/Theory book etc

Yes, we spent lesser for Sec 2 Text books.

We don’t need to buy Science, Geography, One of the EL Book and Design & Tech.

Those files can also recycle.

We spent about $113++ for the text books.
