Order from Dangdang

hihi, need some advise... during checkout i had some problem selecting payment mode, there didnt seem to be any options to pay via credit cards, was either their local bank transfer, cheque etc.....

Make sure that you have selected the above options.

Then follow these steps.

1. you must answer a simple maths question
2. click 提交订单.
3. click 选择银行支付.
4. click 国外信用卡
5. Choose the AE option
6. Key in your Amex card number, name and expiry date.
7. Click 确认. Make sure you submit once only

I don't recommend using Visa because it may give a lot of problems.

Note that your order is not successful until you complete all 7 steps, and received an email that your payment has been received, usually within 3 to 4 working days.

If you enter your item number for the item tracking function, it will list where you item had been. I could only track it till at \t 出口总包直封封发 on 17 Dec 2010

hmmmm stuck on the high sea somewhere? :lol: :lol: :lol: I just hope the books are not wet. Now am checking everyday on the China Post's website and Sing Post website. Worst, CNY coming, if ask DD and China Post to check, most manpower might be on long long leave, so might still have to wait.

My parcel is missing too. Dangdang is checking with their courier company. According to them they need take 3 months to revert to me. I ordered my books in early Nov 10. Quite unlucky this time...as normally it will takes about 4 weeks to arrive but not this round:(

I placed my first order for cartoon DVDs with Dangdang on 24/1 in the morning, went thru’ their audit process on the same day afternoon and the DVDs were shipped out on 25/1. Now keeping my fingers crossed that the DVDs can go thru’ our custom smoothly. Can’t wait to watch xi yang yang and hua xian zi (my childhood favourite) cartoon with my kids!!!

I would still be very happy even if the dvds reach me in march. My greatest worry is whether the parcel can be cleared smoothly at our custom....
