is there any thread or infor on the titles of the book? my boy has shown a bit of interest in learning mandarin so i am keen to do some self-teaching

There's a wide selection of books. Do not know how old is your son or your starting point.

My kids are 6yos, 3.8yos and 10 mos. When I first started, I refer to Tamarind's blog. Here's the link. http://tamarindvillage.blogspot.com/2010/09/how-to-raise-bilingual-child.html

She shared her experience helping her kids and also recommend several books. Many of the books can be found in the public library or local bookstores.

I use Dang Dang becos I can wait and it's cheap.

The selection of Chinese books in Dang Dang is more than what you can find in the local bookstores.

Hi, you are incharge for the spree? I'm confused, do you use VIP price or Dang Dang price?

I placed order on 14 April, and another 15 April, goods left China on 5 & 6 May respectively. Understand that my family received 2 packages from China today. Can’t wait to go back and check if orders are completely fulfilled.

I placed order online on 21/Mar and books departure from outward office of exchange (GUANGZHOU) was on 6/Apr (it has been 8 weeks till today). I have not received my books (no records in Singpost website also). Does anyone have similar schedule as mine and have received their books? Thank you.

I rec one of my orders today, 3 Jun, placed on 7th April, cleared China's custom on 5th May. There's only a book set for this order. The book set has 20 titles (thin books). But my earlier orders are not here yet.

I view it this way. That I'm buying retail price at a China's bookstore and paying a few Sing dollars for shipping , viewing the glass half full.

I was told that one set of books that I purchase, from Dang Dang, last year cost about twice as much here.

If there's any problem with the books, I can handle with DD directly.
