PSLE 2011 will probably be very hard! All cause 2010 was easy!I'me taking next year. 😢

Good luck to you. Better start your preparations now!!

Don't worry, it 2011 exam is hard, all PLSE students will be on the same board.
hard means higher t-score as the mean is lower and the SD will likely be bigger

Difficult / easy paper is not within our control. Cohort’s standard is also not within our control. The only thing within our control is to prepare well.

So, parents and kids, difficult / easy paper applies to the same cohort. All you can do is to prepare well for 2011 PSLE and try your best. Then you should have no regrets and move on with life after PSLE. It is but one major milestone in your life - there are many others.

I like your last sentence; PSLE is one major milestone in our life, but there are many others too.

                  Hi mummies

I just bought two Science Assessment books from popular which are focus on open and end questions and process skills. I tear out the answer key sheet and ask dd to go through with the question and treat it as a revision.

We are taking the holidays to polish up math.Math needs lots of practise esp this is not ds forte. So, we have been revising topics that we have done.

                    cheers

Yes and since everybody guess next year maths will be tough。Therefore never 掉以轻心.

Yes, I would think so next year math paper is a hard one.So, must really train ds to think out of the box.Merely practising and doing the routine questions probably will survive the routine questions but not out of the box kind of prob sums.

Having said that, I still think our children should have a deserving holidays, and this period should only be a warm up period for them, race begins next year.

                        cheers,
