The answer should be 'deceptive'. 'Deceitful's root word is 'deceit' but students are supposed to use the adjective of 'deceive'.manzst:
What is the answer for deceiving in editing.
No one in my DS's class knows it
Hello! DD put deceitful. Wrong or right, hope no one get :spank: jkjk! -
My friend’s daughter is worried more about her not writing down the right index number than the english paper itself, which incidentally, she found to be easy too. What happens if a child writes the wrong index?

If you look at the meaning of deceitful and deceptive, deceitful will fit in the sentence better.cestmoi:

Yes I agree that ‘deceitful’ is the better answer.
However, as a former marker for PSLE, I know that the acceptable answer is usually derived from the same root word. Let’s hope they actually accept both, although, yes, ‘deceitful’ is the better choice. -

Hi Verysuperkiasu,
Yes, I did it. I managed to change it about five mins ago. Kind of wierd to unscrew and see all the wires inside. Was afraid something inside drop out and then cannot use how?...so late where to get another one? :scared:Tinkerbelle:
Hi Verysuperkiasu,
No problems...it's quite straight forward to change batteries....Just unscrew the back panel, change the battery & put the back panel on and screw the screws back.
But thankfully, after changing batteries, can work. Hope tmr still can work. I'm quite paranoid. Thanks, Tinkerbelle!
You are most welcome.....keke.....glad to hear the calculator still works after you change the batteries. Don't worry, I'm sure it'll still work tomorrow. Worse case scenario, I'm sure the sch will have a spare.
All the best to your DS. :rahrah: -
OMG… Heavy downpour suddenly! Hope all the P6ers have reached their schools safely, before the downpour…
