Verysuperkiasu - Most welcome.. I'm very very super stress too cos my ds Compo depends very much on his mood he can be getting full marks one moment n next thing 26/40 thingy..very erratic ...

Today chi Compo n by the news here in this thread .. I got a feeling he'll not do well as he learns nothing on 哥哥 或 弟弟 不见了

Don't despair. I'm sure he made use of some good phrases in today's compo. Anyway, he did get full marks before - still got hope. Let's hope that all kids do well in their paper today. And :rahrah: for tmr's science paper!

If a child is strong in English, they will find pic compo restrictive and nothing much to write. Moreover, the content for picture compo will be more or less the same and they might not get a high score. They will usually go for situational compo so that they can write more than 4 pages, have a more varied/interesting plot and score. Heard from a teacher, the markers pay more attention on content (more objective and less tedious to mark, i guess) and some compos with good content (and relatively good grammar) can even get full marks.

As for the English compo last Thursday, writing about robbery is fine cos the question says \"people running out of a shop\" or something.

The gravitational force will pull me down and drop into the pool again there will be chemical potential e + heat e + sound e??.. Heheee need parents who are pro in psle science to verify tt :rotflmao:

Just to Share with U.
My Fren's dd is in the Last Class of a SAP Sch Last year.
However She Managed to score good enough to Qualify her for NA last year.
So Support your Kid, and Encourage him / her to Do her Best.
As Long as both of U R Realistic in your Expectation, he shd be fine.

Thanks Funx3! :thankyou: I do hope he can make it! cos he is weak in all subjects... I have spent alot of time coaching him... I do seek help from tutors... but this boy have not 开窍.. or will he??? Hope like what you say he can go NA....

Wow! yr ds got full marks in chinese compo before , his Chinese must be very good . Dont be too worry. I think he should not have a problem to scoreA/A* good luck
