Ya loh we always make careless mistake in science if we keep losing half a mark in each question the total mark we lost is more than what u have imagined!

Ya. I recalled once that I -8 marks for my OAS and got 75 for my SA1 science 😞 So, I had learnt from it and must be more careful in the future πŸ™‚ :rahrah: πŸ˜„

Do your best in every subject. Now it's science.

I always do my best in my practice papers even.
So i always get compliments from my science teacher.
I am not praising myself but.... in order to get more and more compliments.... one should study and give his/her best answer in the examinations.
I am planning to get top 10 in the level for science but i had never done it so
Trying to aim that... I think i had the potential but i didnt show it so GOOD LUCK GUYS! Show your teachers and friends that you can do it!!! πŸ™‚

              Cockroach:
My dd said that the science paper tomorrow would be the killer as the other subjects infront all very easy and then HMT not everyone take

Hope not, but can't help it but agree. Last year's science is also harder than other subjects. Pray hard! 😒

                Ms tay:
                MummySTay:

For the 'gai bian' n 'xiao chu' question, I checked with my Shanghainese neighbour who used to be a Chinese teacher. Because there is 'bu yu kuai', the answer must be 'xiao chu'.

                My ds's Chinese tutor ( P h D fr china )
She also said the ans is ζΆˆι™€

Thanks MummyStay & Ms Tay for the good news, as DS chose 'ζΆˆι™€' πŸ˜„ ! I also think the answer should be 'ζΆˆι™€', as there is '不愉快' in the sentence, so 'eliminate (ζΆˆι™€) the unhappiness' sounds more logical than 'change (ζ”Ήε˜) the unhappiness'.

If the is no '不愉快' in the sentence, then maybe 'ζ”Ήε˜' is acceptable, as in 'change the feelings' from good to bad, or from bad to good!

It is normal for people to make careless mistake but it is better if u make no careless mistake so that u will not lose to the others

Ya. For my prelim Maths, i know my paper 1 already minus a lot of marks so I was very nervous for my paper 2 as i wanted to get A*. In the end, I found out that I got about 2 questions don't know how to do (which is total 7 marks) My paper 1 I already minus 4 marks so i cannot afford to lose anymore marks for paper 2. So, I was like scratching my head to think of the answer. Since already almost no time. I changed my original answer to another answer which I thought was correct. But, I found out that my original answer was correct!! I was like so angry with myself. As that question is divided in a) and b), If i can get b) correct (which is 2 marks), I will get A* already!! (FIY, i got 89 marks.) 😞
