Also, when a student wants to transfer out and has shown that he is not interested in studying in that school even though he has a DSA offer, most likely the principal will also not keep him lah.

If you are referring to jap, French and German, definitely no. Others I am not sure. -

Are my choices good? PLEASE HELP ME! IM BEGGING... SERIOUSLY -
Also Im thinking of putting French or German as 3rd language.

RV students can choose to take 3rd lang if they meet the min requirement but they need to go to the 3rd lang centre for lessons.
