Yes
Ok .. So still waiting for appeal result then .. Hope your ds can get in :rahrah:
Have u appealed to acsi?vlim:
DS scored exact 247. Did not get posting to ACSI despite it being the first choice and despite 247 being the COP.
sad...
Not sure if appeals are considered on the basis of PSLE aggregate?????

I've also wondered. Seems like they keep some spaces for supplementary intake/appeal cases. If that were so isn't it rather unfair for the ones who could have got in via S1 posting if those spaces had been released to S1 posting to begin with?
I am always amazed with this so call \"supplementary intake\" for RI. Where do all these vacancies come from? Since not many ppl would transfer out after been posted there. Last year on this forum, someone confirmed that there were 60 successfully appeal cases for 2010 PSLE batch. Where and how the hell did RI come out with 60 vacancies overnight?KiasuMummy.:
Do anyone received confirmation on appeal with a Score of 260 in supplementary intake for RI.
RI mentioned there will be GAT tomorrow around 9 am. Still no confirmation yet ????
Let's see how many successful cases for this year. -
Thanks vlim. Do they consider PSLE score during the appeal process?

As independent school, they have 100% discretion on admission. Even if they want to admit someone with t-score 50, they could, as long as they justify their discretion. Or they could also go for 100% based on DSA

I think most likely yes.. From the sucessful appeal cases tt reported here so far .. They are same cop of the school just maybe short by a few decimal pt... Like your case .. -

Hi, any one know how does NJC process the appeal cases? any interview required? Any idea how many appeal cases did NJC receive?
Thanks so much for sharing. -

They are told to bring 3 set of pri sch Pe attire. If only got one set how? Can wear outing t shirt and shorts?
Haha, I also have the same problem. I intend to let my ds bring 1 set of primary school and 2 sets of RI PE attire. He will be wearing 1 set so need to bring 1 more set. Maybe just any white T-shirt will do or can bring the black Team Raffles polo.MandyMummy:
HI, my son registered RI, they will have a camp. A question: will they wash their dirty clothes everyday? Or they will keep the dirty clothes of those days in the bag until coming back home for washing.
Don't think they will be washing their clothes. They are required to bring enough clothes for 3 days. Also, they are not told to bring washing powder. They also need to bring plastic bags to store their dirty clothes. -

We all know they have absolute discretion over their admission but doing things this way means that those who were just decimal places away have to expend time, money and energy to appeal for the places which could have been given to them anyway. Willing buyer willing seller I suppose.

And I don't think they can admit someone with a tscore of 50. Don't think IP schools offer NA or NT courses.
