My ds is under smops for hci dsa this morning. According to him, only 35 boys, were divided into 5 groups for interviews. His classmate with gold medel was not shortlisted. Just wondering how they shortlisted the candidates since we only submitted very little information to hci (p5&p6 sa1 result). Any ideas?

DS also went for HCI this morning under SMOPS. Not sure the grouping, but DS said there's 200+ in the hall (GEP + SxxG/SMOPS + Sports). His interview has only 3 boys in a group including him. He only remembered questions were about him, why HCI, what if he din get offered, garden bay etc. DS cannot remember his response :faint:
As for CL & EL test : compo & compre. Apparently, DS is the only from his Sch, din see anyone he knows.

He's damn relieved it's over even tho he blank-out, cannot remember. Now playing XBox happily with neighbor.

The student council told my DS there'll be another interview on 21 JULY. Maybe ur DS classmate will be shortlist then.

Being tekan is good, especially if your boy maintained his composure and answered well.

My DS think he is lucky. He said maybe he elaborate a lot on y HCI. Those questions asked are really drilling into his answer. When he said \"a\", they ask what make u say \"A\" & why \"A\" and so on. However this does not mean he has done well. Just that he felt relieved that he can answer. Good luck to our DS!
