May I check with all parents who children received notification for interview belong to the GEP group or a mixture of non-GEPs as well ?

Another question, For mainstreamer need to pass GAT then can go interview or same as GE boys? Sorry just want to understand the procedure. TIA.

GEP kids doing RI DSA :

Pri 5 / 6 above 80% = no GAT, go straight for interview if shortlisted

below 80% = take GAT, if clear GAT = go interview if shortlisted

if clear interview : offered CO

Non-GEP doing RI DSA :

all take GAT : if clear GAT, take subject / domain selection test -- no interview

if do well in subjection selection test, offered CO

yes shortlisted, and some did not need to do GAT at all

Thanks VK2010, that was my understanding all along until Leeven said all GE boys will go interview whether passed GAT or not so I thought there is some changes this year & wonder if there will be changes for the mainstream boys too. Ok, doubts cleared.

yes shortlisted, and some did not need to do GAT at all[/quote]pardon me , earlier I gave wrong info that all GEP students must attend interview. I didnt know it is shortlisted.

mine is 17th. He's bringing the product that he has invented during IVP. Not big. Don't intend to bring the poster.
