      Thanks a lot.
      VS is so kiasu.

:rotflmao: not kiasu lah... Very efficient in fact.
If not for this move, your DS won't get his CO on 28/8! :rahrah:

Sorry for my words. You are right.

Just to find out though my DS is only in P5 this yr. Must a child that has been offered a CO accept it and confirmed immediately with the school?

I understand that there’s a form to be filled up after PSLE for those who are applying thru DSA indicating your choice of preferred schools (whether WL or CO).

My daughter said that today’s interview was really hard. They had only 1.5 min to present their personal character information such as: What’s ur strengths and weaknesses, the CIP you did, and how you are going to cope with the stress in the coming PSLE, speaking in chinese. Then they will have a debate and a group discussion and you need to present it. ><

Even trained pigeons take less than 8 hours to fly from west to east of singapore, including stops to poo and pee.

                      Hi BeContented,
How is your DS's interview in RV? Whether today's interview is only for academic students? How many shortlisted applicants do you think are there? I'm just curious... ... :?
Seems tough. Consists of a self-intro in Chinese(weakness & strength, how he cope with stress), a debate in groups of 3 & a pic conversation/presentation.
Not sure the category today, but DS & classmate belong to academic. According to DS estimation, he thinks there ~70 candidates for today's session.

Whilst i understand the logic for VS asking for acceptance early, I thought the above mentioned by Lilac66 was the procedure set by MOE too. Rather confused. Is this the first time VS is asking for early acceptance? Have other schools done the same before?
