Congratulations to all DC and parents who have received CO / wait list from the schools. I am truly happy for all of you. :celebrate:

For those who did not receive CO or wait list - there is still PSLE! Thrive on and I am sure good news await for those who work hard.

DS got CO from ACSI and VS. We are still waiting for SJI. I too called SJI. I was told that we will know by Sept. No other information was given. I asked if it will be by phone calls/sms/writing (email/letter) - the lady told me that it would be a formal notification. Guess we will just have to wait.

It does look like SJI phase 1 results are out. :scratchhead:

My son got wait list from VS. May I know is there a dateline that your son must accept or reject the CO by 28/08/2012.
We must wait till 28/8,then we can know wether the WL will be converted to CO.

Hi Spider 2012, The acceptance form must be signed by 24th August. I have not received the letter yet so I am appending the email we received from VS late Friday evening. Hope it helps. All the best!

Thank you for your interest in Victoria School. Even though we have hundreds of applicants, the Admissions Committee has given serious thought to every single student. The competition is very stiff but I am glad to let you know that your application is successful.

The school will be sending you an offer letter by post. If you do not receive the letter from us by the end of 22 August (Wednesday), please contact us immediately. Please sign on the acceptance form and return it to us by 24 August (Friday). You may do so by hand, fax or post.

We would also like to meet you on 30 August (Thursday) 1730 hrs. More details will be given in the offer letter. At the meantime, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to submit them via this link and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you once again for applying to Victoria School and for your patience throughout the application process. I hope you are as excited as we are about you joining the Victorian Family. See you on 30 August!

Commendable act by a IP which just started rolling out IP for Year 1s last year. This is what should have been done by all IPs. Those who are genuinely keen sign and seal the CO. Those who not keen or can't decide, please reject. Give your place to others, don't hoard the COs. All decide by 24/8 then VS upgrade the WLs to CO by 28/8.. This is what I call...漂亮！ :boogie: :boogie:

DSA has been going on for years and a new IP can see the problems and quickly solve the problem by tweaking the process to be more efficient. It cuts into the problem and eradicate all multiple COs situation....

I have a new found respect for VS IP! :imcool:
