Checked RGS website - still no news about Open House and Programme. But have marked out 21 May in my diary.

U should go RI website under DSA schedule. I think it did state rgs open house date.

Hi vlim, just found the website as the url was posted in another thread. The website is http://www.raffles.sg/schedule.html (Both RI and RGS share the same website for application to their Raffles Programme).


Application date is from 25 April 2011 to 8 Jul 2011.
There is a note that GEP students are encouraged to submit their applications by 26 May 2011 (my speculation for the earlier date for GEP kids could be for the school to have time to decide who needs to take GAT).

RI and RGS open house are scheduled on 21 May 2011.

GEP students can apply for DSA into secondary schools. The list of criteria/tests/interviews etc are on the respective websites of participating schools. You may want to refer to this thread for more info on GEP and DSA:

Hi, anyone's DD going for DSA in RGS through GEP domain or know anything about it?


I just want to confirm that application period for RGS DSA is from 25 April to 8 Jul 2011 and GEP students are encouraged to submit their application by 26 May 2011. This is as stated in the website http://www.raffles.sg/schedule.html?

There is this girl in DD's school who goes around saying that application for RGS DSA has started on 26 Mar and hinting that she has \"insider\" info. This is making some of the kids in DD's class anxious as they do not want to miss the application date.

Follow the dates stated on the RGS website. Anyway it doesn't matter if you submit on the first day or the last day, they'll still look at all applications. The girl in your dd's class is probably just trying to make the others worried.
