      Yeah, the bread is too heavy due to the whipping cream that I use. Had to add more water, butter and yeast. Maybe 3/4 teaspoon of instant yeast would be better. Will try again tomorrow morning πŸ˜„

              Looks good. So you substituted the whipping cream for the butter? How did you know you had to add more water, butter and yeast? And when did you add them?
