gam xia jtoh! that's y lor..was so worried witht the height last fri..so afraid it would overflow the baking tin!!
the s's recipe stated 1.5 tsp for yeast..guessed that could be the reason.
btw, how many days can we keep a loaf of bread? maxi 2 days? we still hv 2 more pieces left cos we skipped breakfast over the wkends

yup! Severin is vertical. can slice at most, 8-9 pieces/loaf depending on my unsteady poor slicing skill
