ok... my 3rd attempt at cheese bread now. Hopefully it'll go well this time
1st time: cheese bread became some rock bun
2nd time: almost saw thru my kneading blade
and :xedfingers: that it'll be 3rd time lucky.
i think i better somemore....

It sure sounds interesting, but using breadmakers already takes 3.5 hours and this thermal method, we need to wait for 12 hours and that's not including the baking! :!: :!: Not sure if I have the patience.Hey bread and thermal pot kakis ... look what I found on the internet? So interesting .... anybody wants to give it a try?
