Hey Maid, thanks for sharing. It sure sounds interesting, but using breadmakers already takes 3.5 hours and this thermal method, we need to wait for 12 hours and that's not including the baking! :!: :!: Not sure if I have the patience.

ok... my 3rd attempt at cheese bread now. Hopefully it'll go well this time
1st time: cheese bread became some rock bun
2nd time: almost saw thru my kneading blade
and :xedfingers: that it'll be 3rd time lucky.
