It is not a bread forum. It is a cooking/baking forum that I joined many years ago, but no point introducing you to it now because a lot of us left the forum en-masse due to some unhappiness there and it's as good as a ghost town there now, so no point introducing you to it. Trust me, you are happier here. At least our Chief is a nice man unlike some other forum owners. :stupid:

Your oven sounds complicated. Top, bottom, fan... Mine I just select the temperature, grill etc and voila! Done!
because i don't know how to use an oven... :oops:
I don't know when to switch on the upper or lower or both and when to switch on the fan... if i switch on the top and not the bottom heater, then the top get burnt and bottom not baked. but if i on both, the i feel that the orange colour of the coil becomes switched off... -
