Is there anything special that needs to be done?

Believe I told you the other day that I use Mayo as the 'glue' to stick the pork floss and sugar. Mayo must be brushed on the buns the moment they are out from the oven, otherwise the sugar/pork floss won't stick. No special need for anything, just that must act fast while the buns are still hot. I used sprinkling method for the sugar. Hope that helps.

They are cheese buns and not cheese bread. I have no experience with cheese bread as they are not popular in my family. Maybe the other experts here can help.
