Anyone baking today? I am baking Raisin Loaf. My last loaf of bread owing.... You see, I promised so many people before CNy, to bake them a loaf... Have been baking so many loaves for people, and today will be my last loaf to be given away...

I will try to bake banana bread tonight. no more cake baking for me(at the moment)

No la, me no expert, coz I keep baking the same type of bread all over again. Must learn from the rest of them who are experts as they have tried so many delicious types already...

My maid waiting to slice and eat it. I told her I'll do the slicing. The last time she sliced when we weren't home she happily ate a few slices. :shock:

Yes, I did. But I increased amt of mashed banana to 1 cup.

Next time, I will try chopped banana because I feel that with the former, cannot really taste it so much.
