      Happy Mama:

so decided to bake Pandan Loaf, using fresh pandan leaves for the colour and fragrance. πŸ˜„

Happy Mama, may I know how did you extract the pandan leave liquid? you pounded the pandan leaves and squeezed it, using a piece of cloth? sorry for my silly question πŸ˜“ Thanks

Yes, twinklejoy. Just pound the leaves and pour a little water to it, and squeeze out the juice. Then use back the juice and pour over the leaves again and re-squeeze... something like that.. I think that's how my helper did it. πŸ˜‰

I know what you mean. Not promoting for SL, but I can tell you that you will not have this problem when you buy the rasins from them.

First of all, their goods move pretty fast, secondly, the rasins are packed in clear transparent plastic bags and you can see them before deciding if you want to buy them unlike those box type commonly found in the supermarkets.
        :thankyou:

Donuts = Money (to me), never enough. πŸ‘…

Unfortunately, cannot use donuts to pay for daily expenses. πŸ˜‰

:thankyou: The Mocca Paste is the same brand as the Pandan Paste, also bought from Batam.

Haha, my men love the fly-infested breads, easier to eat, they say, don't have to spread jam or other spreads. πŸ˜‰
