[quote=\"twinklejoy\"]my stale refer to raisins as not 'blink blink' as the norm type, it was covered with the melted sugar, odd shapes and looked awful. only the citric peels were acceptable. so I basically picked citric peels and a handful of raisins for my bread niah. 😞

Somewhere I think in this thread I read that evaporated milk(EM) can be used to replace coconut milk in curries. I want to give it a try. I've never used EM before. Just saw the can at NTUC. The quantity is too much for my family. What to do with the left over, any ideas? Can it be stored in the fridge once opened? :?:

Yes, you can keep the balance in the fridge, why not? But make sure you transfer the milk into a glass or plastic bottle. Do not keep the milk in the tin in the fridge. Read somewhere about chemical reaction that can cause contamination.

But seriously, how can one can of 400ml of evaporated milk be too much for a pot of curry? :?

Alternatively, you can also use the evaporated milk with your coffee. :celebrate:
