Not possible, because the kneading blade will make a big hole at the bottom of you BIG bun and the filling will ooze out, depending on what sort of filling you have inside.Augmum:

oh....what i am thinking is after kneading and proofing,
take it out and stuff the fillings in one BIG bun,
next, put it back to bake, possible to do that??
but after kneading, can the blade be removed ??

Troublesome yes, but think of the favourite filligs that you can put inside. :celebrate: My boys' favourite so far are the satay chicken sausage you saw the last time and char siew buns. Yummy! :drool:

Ya, that's true, I hardly see any Sheng Shiong near my place... No, have not tried Giant. Maybe I should try Giant first.

Don't know, never tried. I always bake my buns in the oven, so cannot tell you. Not sure if you read my earlier posts but my breadmachine could not bake till recently, after it got resurrected, and even that, I bake loaves with the machine, never buns.oic....

Taste just like satay and no, it cannot be found at NTUC. It's either Sheng Shiong or Giant. Brand is MASTER or MASTER'S forgot already, but for you it's easy, right? You have a SS at Bedok.ya ,i remember u mentioned the satay sausage,

I have seen it being sold at Giant Tampines, so I think the one at Turf City might have.
