I donot have bread machine...I use my philip mixer (350w) to do all the kneading. So far only do buns, have not tried making bread loafs yet. Haha..just started my baking interest afew mths only. :oops:

You are most welcome, EatNonStop. In fact, they have two types, think one type has a smoother texture than the other. Could somehow 'feel' the difference when I gently pressed them.

The other, think the beans are not so finely mashed. Sorry, cannot understand Jap, but that's my assumption. The picture that I snapped is the one for the smoother texture.
