Haha, you hit the nail on the head! Was about to leave the library when 3 bakery books caught my attention, one was about mooncakes, another about chocolate cakes and cookies and the last was about CNY goodies.

Haha, I know your next question is if I borrowed all 3. The answer is that I only borrowed the one on mooncakes because there was something new in there that I wanted to try out. The chocolate one, nothing special, quite common chocolate cakes and cookies in there, so didn't borrow that. The last one, the one on CNY goodies, I merely copied one recipe from there.

Augmum and BigD, I really don't know what to say! You are supposed to be looking at the coloured sugar cystals and not at the fingers holding it, think both of you have missed the point. Perhaps next time I must use my toes to hold the product when I snap a secret picture! :idea:
