Does anyone know if we can get dried durians or jackfruits? It will be interesting to bake durian or jackfruit loaf! :love: :drool:

easily avail in JB/malaysia.

Ok thanks, Augmum... but actually I was refering to those like 7D kind of mangoes, not those crispy ones. Not sure if crispy ones will turn soft when we bake... :scratchhead: Hmm, but maybe can try.

By the way, I'm running out of ideas what loaves to bake. I've been baking all the various types of Fruit Loaf (raisin, cranberry, apricot etc) day in day out and we are getting bored.

instead of dried fruits, why not try fexperimenting with fresh mango bread, durian bread etc...

Wow, fresh durian for bread will be a challenge, but definitely very delicious! What I'm worried is, we will finish the durian even before the durian is put into the baking pan. :lol: :lol: :lol:

prob can moist the crispy one and try it out.
