I still bake regularly but it is the same daily bread I need....nothing innovative..:)

That is why I need the machine to do the job for me like a cookie cutter job....

Am still baking my normal wholemeal bread. Just yesterday, I baked wholemeal prune bread. Turned out yummy
:salute: :salute: wow, good to hear that. Must confess my Z machine is somewhat of a.... erhm.... white elephant these days.

Time to get it trumpeting again 😉

Can i ask, if i want to bake bread from the oven instead, do i just select dough function from the breadmaker? Once it is done, i just put it in oven? Do i need to proof it further?

L-earner: the bread looks so soft n fluffy. nice. may i know what bread tray you used to bake the bread?

Bread kakis, when you own an appliance, it is best to work it at least 1-2 times a week to keep it in good working order. If your family eat bread daily like mine, don’t waste the machine…teach someone in the house how to dump all the ingredients in, it is easy…

Tks Village Girl! 😄 Yes, this bread is REAL soft n fluffy, gd as a sandwich bread. I used a cake loaf baking pan (1pound) to bake this batch, bec I want a pull-apart version, u can bake in pull-man tin or shape as buns too!

                @ Dassalo, tks! 😄

                  After dough function,
                  1) Round and Floor (set aside) 5-10mins
                  2) Cut and shape
                  3) let proof till double its size
*4) Preheat oven and bake at 200 C for 25mins for whole loaf bread ~400-500g loaf. For small buns, bake at 190 C for 12-15 mins
                  * This is just a guide as oven heat varies.

L-earner shape in small buns than place side by side in loaf pan so it can pull apart when done.

Hi all the bread making experts here …

Is zojirushi bb-cec20 a good bread machine to buy for beginners? or should I just get a mini zojirushi?

Hello Uncle Trap! Surprised to see you in this thread! So you're gonna invest in a bread machine... I'm using the mini Zojirushi machine (the one that looks like airpot flask) and it works just perfect for my family. 😄
