        My DS already sick of eating bread everyday. So I must stop baking bread for the time being & put my mini-Z in the \"Freezer\" for a few days Liao. So sad.......

            The machine also can make bread cake right? heheh
            Too much protein. πŸ˜›

            Usually I only bake once a week coz' my machine \"produce\" will only clear in 3 days.

                    If u flip over, the bread and the mixing blade should come out together. Then just \"dig\" a bit like looking for a bullet in the wound to fish it out.

                    Unless u mean the bread can't come out of the container?

                      ya, it was stuck, n i didnt know e blade can come out tog, e first time i made a hole in e bread to tk out e blad then remove e bread. bread end up ugly shape coz of pressing npulling. sigh. i am wondering if e recipes posted can b used w e kenwood breadmaker BM256, smaller kenwood breadmaker.

                        1 kg is the minimum size?
                        Mine caters for 750g, 1kg and 1.5kg plus selection of the crust colouring.

                        If mine is stuck, I would remove it when I cut the bread.
                        U can use the recipe here for Z-machine just that u will get a smaller loaf of bread only.
