      Here it is for the white raisin bread 500g (750g) in the following order
      - Water 120ml (150)
      - Skim milk 125ml (150)
      - Vegetable oil 1 tbsp (1.5)
      - White bread flour 350gm (450)
      - Salt 1 tsp (1.5)
      - Sugar 2 tsp (1 tbsp)
      - Dried yeast 1 tsp (1.5)

      Add raisins after 2nd kneading cycle.

      Have fun!

      Am trying the rapid bake now (1 hour)...

            By the way, hmsg's sugar for the bigger loaf is 1 tablespoon while the smaller one is 2 teaspoon. 2 teaspoon should be less than 1 tablespoon. I used to mix them up becos the short form quite close leh. πŸ˜‰

                  I baked this super soft custard bread late last nite and have it for breakfast this morning, this bread is truly soft and velvety, recipe from ε­Ÿθ€εΈˆ's bread book, here'r the pics :

                      This bread book is good, come with DVD n show step by step how th baking procedures, I borrowed fm th library. Btw, what kind of butter u use for baking?
